Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using EventHub360 ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Services are operated by EventHub360, Bengaluru, India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a customer or vendor. By registering you represent that all information provided is accurate.
3. Vendor Services
- Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of EventHub360.
- EventHub360 verifies vendor identity but does not guarantee service quality.
- Disputes between customers and vendors will be mediated by EventHub360 under our Dispute Resolution Policy.
4. Payments & Escrow
- Payments flow through our payment partner (Razorpay).
- Customer payments are held in escrow until agreed milestones complete.
- Platform commission is deducted before payout to vendors.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are governed by each vendor's stated cancellation policy, which is visible on every booking page. Refunds processed within 7 working days.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- No fraudulent reviews, fake bookings, or attempts to bypass platform commission.
- No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised use of our API.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by EventHub360 or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EventHub360 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
